The way voting laws are applied in Tennessee is often decided at the local level and transparency is important to understand how the election system operates locally to make sure it works fairly. That means paying attention to the actions of the County Elections Commissions year round, attending its meetings (yes, sometimes they are boring), developing relationships with the members, and raising our voices at crucial times.
